Open Workout in Antelope Park 10:00 - 12:00 weather permitting.

**NOTE: summer schedule is 6-8pm, but we shift to 7-9pm in the fall/winter months due to other activities in the gym. For this year, we will shift on October 13, 2016.

Wednesday

600-7:30 PM

Located at the Unitarian Church 6300 A St.

Syllabus:  (led by Jim Pratt)

  • Beginning/ Intermediate Taiji - Yang Taijiquan ( 6:00 -&:30)
  • Beginner portion of classes will focus on proper warm up, walking drills and short choreography of essential postures (either Tai Chi 10 or first ⅓ of the Short Form).  
  • Intermediate portion of the class will focus on Short form and elements of the Long form, and basic push hands.
